1. Account & Workspace Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your PostNao credentials and for all content scheduled or published by members invited to your workspaces. You must hold the necessary rights to all media and captions uploaded to PostNao.
2. Social Platform Policies & Content Compliance
When publishing through PostNao to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, you agree to comply with each platform’s Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, Music Usage Confirmation (TikTok), Branded Content Policies, and COPPA Made-for-Kids declarations (YouTube).
3. Service Availability, Quotas & Billing
Plan quotas (connected channels, monthly scheduled targets, media storage, and team members) are enforced at scheduling time. While PostNao’s queue engine uses atomic claims, exponential backoff, and reconciliation to maximize on-time delivery, final publication depends on upstream social platform API availability and valid account authorization.
